FAQs

Our Mayfair experts employ a comprehensive valuation process for Rolex Oyster Perpetual watches. We consider the specific reference number, dial colour, size, and overall condition. Market trends and recent auction results also play a crucial role in determining your timepiece’s value.

For very rare or vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual loans, we occasionally consult with auction partners in the Mayfair area to ensure you get a price that reflects the true value of your special watch.

For Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch loans in London, we require the original warranty card, which includes the watch’s serial number and purchase date. The original box and any service records can also enhance the valuation.

Unfortunately, watches without these documents are unlikely to receive a loan offer. However, we may consider ultra-rare Rolex Oyster Perpetual without some documentation on a case-by-case basis.

Loan amounts for Rolex Oyster Perpetual watches vary widely. At our Central London location, we typically offer between £1,000 to £20,000, depending on the specific model and its condition. Rare or limited-edition Oyster Perpetual may qualify for higher amounts, but it’s something we decide on an individual basis.

Typically we don’t accept Rolex Oyster Perpetual watches without papers at our West Central London pawnshop. If you want to secure a loan, bring the original warranty card and anything else that proves authenticity, such as service records or the original purchase receipt.

The Oyster Perpetual is a superb fusion of style and engineering. Classic and modern all at the same time, this beloved timepiece’s special Oyster Steel constructions mean it’s more than able to handle what life throws at it. This steely resilience also extends to allowing you to loosen up some capital for a pawn shop loan against your Oyster Perpetual.

The Rolex Oyster Perpetual holds significant value due to its status as the foundation of Rolex’s legacy. Introduced in 1926, it was the world’s first waterproof wristwatch. The “Perpetual” in its name refers to the self-winding mechanism patented by Rolex in 1931. Its timeless design and robust construction make it a highly sought-after collateral near Oxford Street Station.

This beloved model has experienced average price increase of almost 25% over seven-year cycles in recent times, which is a big part of the reason why it’s a solid asset to borrow against at our Mayfair pawnshop.

We offer flexible loan terms for Rolex Oyster Perpetual watches at our Mayfair location. The initial loan period is between 2 to 7 months, with the option to extend by paying the accrued interest. This allows you to borrow against your Oyster Perpetual for as long as needed as long as you adhere to our terms and conditions.

Useful Guides

You can rest assured that you will receive a competitive deal on the market from one of the most awarded collateral lender in the UK. All our loans come with competitive rates of fixed 5% (Representative APR 60%), no hidden fees at all, no early release fees, and loan terms from two up to seven months. A representative example of repayment for a two-month loan of £2500 is £250, thus a total repayment of £2750 at a fixed 5% interest rate (60% per annum).
